You can book a tour package with Camp Roller Coaster online as well. Once you have made your choice for adventure tour package give us the dates of the tour you are planning for and the member in your group. You will have to make the full payment in advance so that we could confirm your booking. You have to mail us proof of payment at crc.vinod@gmail.com, and we, after receiving the payment and the confirmation mail from your end will e mail your payment receipt, booking vouchers, other necessary document and details to you. You are required to carry the print copy of these booking Vouchers at the time of check in at Camp Roller Coaster.
Payment-
The confirmation of the bookings are subjected to non-refundable
advance payment. If any member of the group does not appear at the
time of trip after advance booking or does not avail any service
provided by us, it will not affect the total package cost. No last
minute addition of members in a group will be supported by Camp
Roller Coaster.
Cancellation- The advance
booking is subjected to availability only and if you want to cancel
your advance booking you can do it at least 30 days earlier and
after that you will have to pay cancelation charges. If you cancel
your booking in last seven days, you will have to pay 100 %
cancellation charges, you will have to pay 50 % cancellation charges
if you cancel your booking in second last week or 7-15 days earlier
and we charge 25 % cancellation charges if you cancel your booking
15 -30 days earlier.
Child Policy- One child per
couple, below 5 years, is complimentary without extra bed while you
will have to pay 50 % of the package cost per kid for more kids. For
kids aged 5-10 years, the package cost is 70 % of the cost. The
package includes extra bed but no rafting for this age group. For
kids above 10 years, package cost is 100 % and the package includes
rafting also.
